  8.               If you are having trouble, check the list below to see
  9.          if the problem might be listed.  If you need to write or
  10.          E-mail, be sure to tell us version of DOS you are using, how
  11.          much memory you have, the size and format of disks you can
  12.          use, type of monitor (VGA, CGA, etc.).  The more you can tell
  13.          us, the more we can help solve any problems you may be
  14.          having.  Specifically, be sure to include exactly what you
  15.          were doing when an error occurred, and exactly what you saw
  16.          on the screen, including any error messages that might
  17.          appear.

  20.          PROBLEM: When I return to the main menu from an open window
  21.          where I was doing a task, the name of the selected
  22.          database has changed.
  23.  
  24.          SOLUTION: Click on FILES/SELECT A LOTTERY DATABASE and
  25.          reselect the database you are currently working with.  The
  26.          database hasn't really changed, the program has just read
  27.          the wrong name.

  29.          PROBLEM: When I tried to print a report, the program quit.
  30.  
  31.          SOLUTION: The printer was either not powered up, or not
  32.          on-line.  Restart the lottery program and make sure the
  33.          printer is ready before you okay the program to start
  34.          printing.
